Tool Crib Attendant                                                              

Job Description:

      • Issues / receives hand tools, machine tools, material, and equipment
      • Reads and understands machine shop measurements such as length and diameter of tool setup
      • Maintain records and perform data entry
      • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

      • High School Diploma or equivalent
      • Detail oriented
      • Proficient computer skills (printing labels, scanning, emailing and loading pictures of tool set up)
      • Good Organizational skills
      • Minimum 5 years applicable experience

 

Quality Inspector                                                                  

Job Description:

      • Inspect, test machined parts, fixtures, and tools for conformance to specifications such as dimensions, tolerance, and hardness
      • Able to apply knowledge of shop mathematics
      • Applies knowledge of testing procedures using precision measuring instruments
      • Applies knowledge of testing equipment, hand tools, and programs
      • Uses a CMM machine
      • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

      • High School Diploma or equivalent
      • Detail oriented
      • Proficient computer skills
      • Proficient reading and understanding part prints, geometric, dimensions, and tolerances
      • Minimum 5 years applicable experience
      • Aerospace experience preferred

 

Production Control Assistant                                           

Job Description:

      • Must be detail oriented with have strong computer skills including
        Microsoft office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
      • Position assists Production Control Coordinator in job order setup,
        issuance of job order, and entering sales orders.
      • Controls all sales order and job order documents including changes,
        distribution, retrieval, and acknowledgement
      • Controls job related inventory
      • Ensures all documents for sales order invoicing is accurate and complete
      • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

      • Minimum of 2 years work experience or a combination of college and work experience

 

Account Manager                                                                  

Job Description:

      • Serve North Carolina and South Carolina
      • Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
      • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in targeted customer accounts.
      • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet the customers’ expectations.
      • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
      • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
      • Extensive Travel
      • Must have a valid driver’s license

Minimum Requirements:

      • Aerospace Machining and Amp; Assembly, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, and Precision Machining preferred
      • Minimal experience in industrial sales
      • PC proficiency
      • Problem Solving Skills

 

CNC Programmer                                                                  

Job Description:

      • Experience with advanced programming of CNC turning and 5-axis equipment for precision aerospace parts from various materials
      • Knowledge of CATIA Vs5 Rev 20 would be a plus
      • Must have a good understanding of geometric tolerances, speeds & amp feeds and be able to create the required fixtures and tooling to manufacture parts assigned
      • Must be able to communicate well with co-workers, be a team player and occasionally assume some leadership roles

Minimum Requirements:

      • High School Diploma or equivalent
      • Formal training in machine shop practices and CNC machine operations acquired through vocational or military service school
      • 5 years minimum experience programming CNC equipment
