Production Control Assistant – Minimum of 2 years work experience or a combination of college and work experience

 

  • Must be detail oriented with have strong computer skills including Microsoft office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Position assists Production Control Coordinator in job order setup, issuance of job order, and sales orders.
  • Controls all sales order and job order documents including changes, distribution, retrieval, and acknowledgement
  • Controls job related inventory
  • Ensures all documents for sales order invoicing is accurate and complete

 

EDM Machinist :

Experienced with set-up and operate one or more electrical discharge machines to work specifications applying knowledge of electrical discharge machining process and methods, electric currents and circuitry, metal properties, and mathematics.

 

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient reading and understanding part prints, machine adjustments and controls, electrode adjustments, part inspection, and machine operation.
  • Relevant work experience as a machinist in an industrial environment is required.
  • 5 years minimum EDM experience
  • Ability to work 2nd shift is preferred.

CNC Programming Position Available

 

CNC Programming:
Experience with advanced programming of CNC turning and 5-axis equipment for precision aerospace parts from various materials. Knowledge of CATIA Vs5 Rev 20 would be a plus. Must have a good understanding of geometric tolerances, speeds & feeds and be able to create the required fixtures and tooling to manufacture parts assigned. Must be able to communicate well with co-workers, be a team player and occasionally assume some leadership roles.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Formal training in machine shop practices and CNC machine operations acquired through vocational or military service school
  • 5 years minimum experience programming CNC equipment
