Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) & Wire Sinker
| Schmiede Corporation has a dedicated EDM department capable of producing many different styles of parts. EDM machining is ideal for hard and exotic conductive materials that require intricate contours, tapers, close tolerances, and smooth finishes. Tolerances in the +/- 0.0001" range are routine on 5-axis machining. Three types of machines available at Schmiede Corporation are: |
