| 1. Nonconforming Product. Seller shall notify Purchaser of nonconforming product and wait for Purchaser’s disposition prior to shipment. Product shipped to Purchaser without proper disposition will be rejected and returned to Seller at Seller’s expense. |

| 2. Change Notification. Seller shall notify Purchaser of change(s) in product and/or process definition and, where required, obtain Purchaser’s approval of said change(s). Failure to notify Purchaser that results in nonconforming product is solely the Seller’s responsibility and will result in the rejection of product. |

| 3. Flow Down. Seller shall flow down to sub-tier suppliers the applicable requirements in the purchasing documents, including key characteristics, traceability requirements, and critical part(s) information. |

| 4. Quality Management System. If required to have a Quality Management System, it will be noted on Purchase Order. |
|
|
| 5. Records Retention Requirements. Record retention requirement shall be 15 years unless stated otherwise on the Purchase Order. |
